RIP bland booking aggregators and multi-tab discount hunting. Travly, a social-first travel platform led by Gen Z influencers, saw an opportunity to close the gap between travel voyeurism and travel reality. They needed a brand strategy to help bring together all of their owned media channels and point their millions-strong followings towards their new booking engine and travel experience offerings.

Fazer positioned the brand to embody the same wanderlust as Travly’s social media stars and set it apart from the engines of old. We crafted a narrative voice that shouted, “Life’s a trip. Come with!” We unified their distinct social media channels with a cohesive message and a visual system, creating a seamless path from scrolling to booking that would engage their millions of followers while reinforcing masterbrand synergies across their owned media accounts.

At the heart of Travly’s new visual identity is a paper airplane motif. The precise angles and geometric shapes convey a sense of upward trajectory and movement. A bright and tropical color palette adds a playful dimension, reinforcing a feeling of energy and enthusiasm. To complement these visual elements, we employed the bold and confident headline typeface, Fellix, paired with the highly legible sans-serif typeface, Swizzy, for supporting text. This combination of imagery, color, and typography embodies the brand’s adventurous spirit.

Today, Travly continues to grow its loyal community of next-gen travelers who crave real experiences, not just vacations, proving that a strategic brand is the ultimate travel companion.
